🎬 Una mujer fantástica

Marina, a young transgender woman working as a waitress and aspiring singer in Santiago, is deeply in love with Orlando, an older man who has recently promised her a shared future. Their world is upended when Orlando falls gravely ill after a fall down the stairs and dies at the hospital. Overnight, Marina finds herself thrust into a nightmare of bureaucratic hostility, suspicion from hospital staff, and vicious transphobia from Orlando’s grieving family, who attempt to erase her entirely from his life—denying her even the right to attend his funeral or mourn the man she loved. Refusing to be silenced or broken, Marina stands her ground to fight for her dignity, her identity, and her right to say goodbye.
