Baby Girl follows the downward emotional spiral of Cody (Sara Catherine Bellamy), a grief-stricken 18-year-old high school student reeling from the sudden suicide of her father. Unable to process the trauma and feeling completely disconnected from her surrounding world, Cody succumbs to anger, nihilism, and self-destructive impulses.

Seeking an escape from her emotional pain, Cody finds herself drawn into a dangerous, nocturnal underground world of illicit substances, adult entertainment, and manipulative predators. As she descends deeper into this high-risk lifestyle as a coping mechanism, she must confront the harrowing reality of exploitation before she completely destroys her future.
