Sinful is a claustrophobic, micro-budget psychological thriller centered on newlywed couple Salem (Nicole D'Angelo) and Remy (Christina Lo). After committing a brutal, horrific crime together, the two women go on the run, seeking refuge inside an unfamiliar suburban house while impatiently waiting for an associate to arrive with forged identities so they can flee the country.

Isolated from the outside world, their sanctuary quickly turns into an emotional prison. As the heavy strain of their guilt, escalating drug use, and mutual paranoia begin to fracture their relationship, the atmosphere grows increasingly oppressive. Their psychological unraveling turns terrifying when a silent, enigmatic masked figure (Chris Spinelli) begins appearing around the property. The narrative leaves it ambiguous whether they are being hunted by a real stalker, slipping into drug-induced psychosis, or trapped in a nightmare created by their own sins.
