Dana (Natalie Cotter) is a recently separated woman who relocates to Los Angeles to start a monotonous job at an oil company. While hunting for a cheap place to live, she finds a surprisingly affordable apartment in a eccentric complex. The catch? The building comes with "The Cat" (Fawn Winters)—a fully grown woman dressed in cat-girl attire and cybergoth boots who crawls on all fours and communicates exclusively through meows.

Unfazed by her neighbors' complete nonchalance toward the situation, Dana signs the lease and quickly enters a passionate, bizarre romantic relationship with her feline roommate. As Dana struggles to navigate a girlfriend who refuses to speak human language, a parallel subplot unfolds involving a local crime lord distributing a new street drug called "Nuke"—leading to a chaotic, unexpected collision between both storylines.

Underground Cult Curiosity: Produced by Gregory Hatanaka's CineRidge Entertainment, Baby Cat gained a viral subculture following among lovers of "so-bad-it's-good" B-movies and surrealist camp.

Fawn Winters' Performance: Instagram performer Fawn Winters stars in a nearly wordless lead role, delivering a performance composed entirely of meows, purrs, and physical comedy.

A Genre-Bending B-Movie: The film aggressively blends pet-play erotic comedy, mumblecore relationship angst, and low-budget vigilante thriller subplots into an unpredictable 88-minute feature.
