And Then Came Lola

Lola (Ashleigh Sumner) is a talented but perpetually distracted San Francisco photographer who is eager to take her relationship with her new girlfriend, Casey (Jill Bennett), to the next level. Casey gives Lola a crucial task: deliver a portfolio of important prints to a high-stakes business meeting with Danielle (Cathy DeBuono), an influential design executive who also happens to be Casey's sleek ex-girlfriend.


Rushing out the door late, Lola faces a frantic race across the city. Paying homage to the structure of the art-house classic Run Lola Run, the narrative unfolds across three alternate timeline scenarios. In each "run," Lola encounters a unique series of absurd obstacles, street encounters, animation sequences, and direct-to-camera therapy confessions—all while trying to save her job, deliver the prints, and prevent Casey from falling back into the arms of her ex.
